What lacrosse head and shaft should I get, and how should I get it strung?

I am in high school and i have been playing for about 6 years, but I don't know what head and shaft make a good combination. I used to have a proton power and an evo, and a swizzle and a scandium, but I want a new one and I do not know which one to get. Also, I don't know how to get it strung. I play attack, and I normally feed the ball and like smooth passes rather than shoot. I do not like whip, so I was thinking either 2 shooting strings and a V; 1 nylon, 1 shooting strings and a V; or 2 shooting strings, a nylon and a V. Please Help
