Best place to buy girls clothes? (Im a boy)?

So I really want to dress up like a woman, but not sure the best place to go to find clothes. I have dressed up before but sneaking clothes from my sister and I want my own. I want to get a full set of clothes, fancy dress, bra, panties, nylons, all the makup an nails stuff. Is there any place that would let a boy go into a fitting room and try on clothes? Wheres the best place to go to not get laughed at for shopping fo all girls stuff? Thanks for all the advice
