My legs are white and im wearing a dress (: Help?

Okay, so my school is having a grade 9 graduation. My whole body is abit white.. but my arms and face is a tiny bit darker then my legs. Im not pale.. im just white, but I have colour. Like a hint of peachy red. I dont look dead. But im so frightend to show my legs just because they're to white.. And i have no hairy legs. However my legs do tend to get dry & i am wearing open toed shoes, so how would i wear nylons..? If there are any other ways to fix it please help. I live in canada and its hard to get a tan and the grad is in 2 weeks so i dont have enough time to. + im not allowed to use tan lotions or go in tanning beds. Any ways to fix my problem? To make my legs more appealing?
