No help from my plastic surgeon. what can I do to close my own wound?

My plastic surgeon decided today he is not going to help me with my non healing surgical wound and I have only been getting the run around and trying worthless things that seemed to have made the wound worse and more painful. I saw something callled topclosure and am decided between purchasing these and using, a military extra stength suture kit or perhaps some long wide steri strips my ortho gave me to try? this plastic surgeon made himself clear today he has no further desire to close the wound and was a bit rude about it despite my following his orders. I don't wish to see another plastic surgeon and would rather use my own RN skills. wound edges are smooth having been just lasered, wound is pink(but not granulating) NO infection of any kind in my culture. I also have a severe tape allergy/reaction caused by my lupus was told today. opinions guys on what I should or can try to get it to close using MY skills? not too sure nylon sutures will hold since the wound is 3 inch wide and half inch deep now. one and a half months old and in agonizing PAIN! help please?
